Dr. Nic Gotcher, Ph.D.
Nic Gotcher, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and school psychologist currently serving as the clinical director of Cornerstone Behavioral Health & Pediatric Therapies. In this capacity he serves as the supervisor and liaison for clinical activities, as well as offers comprehensive psychological evaluations and behavioral consultation services.
Dr. Gotcher completed his Bachelor’s degree in Education at Oklahoma Christian University and Doctorate in School Psychology, with a specialization in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), through Oklahoma State University. He completed his pre-doctoral internship and later post-doctoral fellowship through Fort Worth Independent School District’s (FWISD) APA approved program. During his pre-doctoral training Dr. Gotcher received advanced training in neuropsychological assessment, interdisciplinary autism assessment, and ABA with moderate-severe populations. Following licensure, Dr. Gotcher remained in the schools serving in both practitioner and supervisory roles. During his six year tenure with FWISD, Dr. Gotcher was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the districts Behavioral Intervention Classrooms, served as a team leader on autism assessment teams, and provided training and supervision to doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows.
Dr. Gotcher returned home to Oklahoma in 2013, after working in Edmond Public Schools and a private clinic setting he went on to cofound Cornerstone Behavioral Health & Pediatric Therapies in 2015. Cornerstone was created with the vision of providing cross discipline collaborative problem solving, empirically-based intervention, and regular progress monitoring. Under Dr. Gotcher’s leadership Cornerstone has grown to offer a variety of services which include: early childhood screenings, psychological evaluations, ABA, Parent-Child Interaction Training (PCIT), social skills groups, speech-language, and occupational therapy services.
